Refund Policy
We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, simply contact our customer service at support@sugaraveboutique.com to begin the process. You will need to provide your order number, which you received via email or on a paper invoice from us.
If your return is accepted, we will send you the return instructions along with the address to send your package to. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note that a $10 administration fee will be charged for every returned item.
Damage and Problems
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can assess the situation and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item and, once the return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement.
Refunds
Once we receive your return package, we will complete the inspection within 7 business days and issue your refund within that same timeframe.
After the refund is processed, please allow 3 to 5 business days for the amount to appear in your account, depending on your bank, credit card, or payment processor.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at support@sugaraveboutique.com.
As our items are shipped internationally, transit times may be longer and are outside of our control. If your order is already on its way, we are unable to issue a refund until you have received the items and returned them to us.
